Understanding payment methods on www.jonesroad-beauty.top

Important things to know about your payment method:

• You can only have one payment method on file for subscriptions.
• Adding a new payment method doesn't automatically start a subscription.

• Your Ring subscriptions will automatically charge to the payment method on file and will auto-renew until you choose to cancel.
• Shared Users cannot manage payment methods for subscriptions.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards for subscriptions. We do not accept gift cards for subscriptions.
• Without a valid payment method, your subscription will expire, and all recorded videos will be deleted.
• If you subscribe to a plan during a trial, you'll be charged after the trial is over.

Adding and updating your payment method

To add or update a payment method:

1. Sign in to your account on www.jonesroad-beauty.top.
   • On a computer: Select

     Account

     at the top right.
   • On a mobile browser: Select the

     menu (☰)

     on the top left.
2. Select

   Control Centre

   .
3. Select

   Account Management

   .
4. In the

   Payment Method

   section, select

   Add

   or

   Update

   .
   • For updating a payment method, select

     Add New

     . Then select

     Change Payment Method

     at the bottom right.
   • If you leave this page before saving your new credit card information, your payment method will be deleted. A missing payment method may cause your subscription to expire, and all your recorded videos to be permanently deleted.
5. Enter your payment information and select

   Save

   .

Important note: When you add a new credit card, you may see a £0 authorisation on your card. This is used only to verify your card details and is not an actual charge or payment.

Removing a payment method

To remove a payment method:

1. Sign in to your account on www.jonesroad-beauty.top.
   • On a computer: Select

     Account

     at the top right.
   • On a mobile browser: Select the

     menu (☰)

     on the top left.
2. Select

   Control Centre

3. Select

   Account Management

   .
4. In the

   Payment Method

   section, select

   Update

5. Select

   Remove

   .
6. Select

   Confirm

   to remove.
